Sub: Railway Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2008 – Schedules for Revised Scales of Pay.
Ref: Board’s letter of even number dated 22.09.2008.
S.No. 10.2 (ii) of Board’s letter of even number dated 22.09.2008 shall be modified as under:-

**Note: i) These categories will retain existing classification as Group ‘C’.

This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways.

If your dept. does not have more than 1 post in 6500-10500 then one who completes 10 years of regular service and after completion of 30 years in 5500-9000 pay scales under MACP, though qualified but there is vacant post does not exists ACP will not be given. How much it is true pl. let me know
