Mamata Didi! thanks for annauncement of 75 days of Bonus, but on what sealing limit. On annauncemet of Bonus the market price will go high. Please take decision to increase the sealing limit or stop the provision of Bonus and take action to implement the decision of Pay Comission i.e. PRIS.

It is happy to hear about the 75 days bonus but without raising of sealing limit atleast upto Rs. 20,000/- there is not meaning of in the raising of days.

In private companies employees who have been paid Rs. 5,000/- to 8,000/- are received bonus Rs.25000/- last year. In this year there going to receive around Rs.30000/-.

So the higher authorities should consider the market price and arrange to raise sealing limit of bonus upto atleast Rs. 20,000/-

-Mamta could have declared 750 days P.L.B and,her propaganda agents would have been more elated. But to the railwaymen it makes no difference, since the upper limit remaining same.

Hon,ble MR have declared 75 days bonus for Railwaymen. Common people of this country think railwaymen will received huge amount as bonus but reality is far far away. Railwaymen will received aprx. 8500/- which is less than a month salary of minimum grade employee of railway. We would be greatfull if Hon'ble will take appropriate deceision to increase the ceiling limit of bonus amount.

75 daysbonus is not even 8.33% that is given to industrial workers under bonus act. Will Mamta do away with the ceiling business

declairing 75 days PLB fo 2008-09 is not very much expected , last year ut was 73 days. Railway is earning money by the labour of the track man and porters or the other supoert staff earlier called group D. The toilng of the staff in difficult conditions in the field and getting bonus is a Right not exgratia. But what is the value of 75 days bonus to the staff not even 8.33% they will get Rs 8600. where as as per 8.33% a nn gazetted staff may get bonus maximum upto 40 thousand if not more. There should not be any complacency rtaher the Ministry should think of raisng the ceiling of rs 3500 to 7000.
